Payment

We accept cash, credit card, check and most major private insurances and Medicare.

Rates

• Therapy: $130 for a 50-55 minute session.
• Medication management: $150 for a 50-55 minute session.

Insurance

We accept Medicare and most major private PPO and HMO insurances. We do not accept Medicaid. Please call us to see if we accept your insurance.
To verify your insurance benefits, please call us or your insurance company. Depending on your policy, services may be covered in full or in part. If calling your insurance company we recommend asking the following:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? Specifically, billing codes 90837 or 90791?
• Is TheraCounsel in-network with my policy?
• Do I have a copay I need to pay? What would be a specialist copay in my plan?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
